1. Return Window

Aap apna order delivery ke 7 dino ke andar return request kar sakte hain. / You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

2. Video Proof aur Chanbin (Strict Policy)

  • Video Requirement: Return request karte waqt unboxing ka clear video dena hoga. / Provide a clear unboxing video while raising a request.
  • Chanbin (Inspection): Product wapas aane par hamari team uski chanbin karegi. / Our team will inspect the product once received.
  • Return Confirmation: Sab sahi paaye jaane par hi refund process hoga. / Refund will be initiated only after successful verification.

3. Refund Process

Chanbin ke baad, refund aapke Bank Account mein 5-7 working days mein aa jayega. / After inspection, the refund will be credited to your Bank Account within 5-7 working days.

4. Returns Kab Accept Nahi Honge? / When will Returns not be accepted?

Agar product use kiya hua mila, original packing gayab ho, ya Singar/Hair Oil ka seal khula ho. / If the product is used, packaging is missing, or the seal of Beauty/Personal care items is broken.
